Customer Service Executive (Complaint Handling) - 公營機構網上平台 (鄰近荃灣地鐵站; 銀行假)

主要職責:

處理客戶投訴及查詢

通過多種渠道(電話、電子郵件、實時聊天)及時作出解答,提升客戶的整體滿意度

為電子平台及手機APP用戶提供協助及指導

遵守所有監控和服務規定,確保熱線運作順暢

職位要求:

具備一年或以上處理客戶投訴經驗為佳

中五或以上程度

歡迎應屆畢業生申請

良好的粵語、基本英語和普通話

懂得中英文輸入法

工作地點:荃灣

工作時間:

星期一至五 09:00 - 19:00 (每日8-8.5小時一更)

星期六 09:00 - 13:00 (長短週)
