Our client is a hospitality service provider is looking for Customer Service Officer for 3 months.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the daily operation of hotel loyalty programme
- Answer members’ enquiries and handling complaints in compliance with all guidelines and SOPs, through email and phone in a professional manner
- Handle administrative work for loyalty programme and other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in related to customer servicing
- Strong customer service mind and result-oriented towards customer service delivery
- Good command of English, Chinese in both written and spoken (including Mandarin)
- Self-driven in problem solving and proactive team player
- Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm, no shift, Tsim Sha Tsui office
- $21- 22K/month
