Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Documentation of workflow and procedural manual
- Perform daily output
- Revision of service application forms
- Support clerical tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- DSE or above
- With 1 year relevant working experience, preferable in life insurance operation
- Strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and positive
- Good PC skills including Chinese Typing
