Our client is a leading Insurance company and they are looking for Data Entry Clerk to join their winning team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
- Handle and maintain confidential information and documents
- Maintain documentation records and filling system
- Assist in daily operations and provide administrative support to the team
- Perform quality checking to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Manage distribution of Policy documents and correspondence
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently, mature and detail oriented
- Knowledge in insurance products and operations is preferred
- Proficiency knowledge in PC application including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
Experience in data capture, admin work and quality checking are preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, mandarin is a plus
