Our client is looking for accounting talent to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, prepare vouchers, and maintain accounting records;
- Prepare in month-end closing and prepare financial statements;
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) activities, ensure accuracy and timely payment collection;
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements;
- Handle staff expenses reimbursement and pretty cash, etc.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
- Diploma / LCCI or above in Accounting or related disciplines;
- 1 year or above working experience in an accounting role is preferable
- Fresh graduates in Accounting / Finance would also be considered
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus;
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail and sensitivity to numbers
- Immediate availability has an advantage
