要求
1. 大學畢業 (任何學科)
2. HKDSE/ HKAL 中文Lv 4/ D (接受CRE Lv 1)
3. HKDSE/ HKAL 英文Lv 5/ C (接受CRE Lv 2)
4. 三年全職人力資源或行政管理相關工作經驗
5. 熟悉MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint及中文打字
職責
1. 負責準備與招聘有關的文件，收集和審核申請表，並將申請人的資訊編入資料庫
2. 負責安排面試、聯絡相關各方及籌備招聘
3. 就調配和聘用事宜與相關各方聯絡
4. 組織工作實習並撰寫計劃評估報告
5. 協助編製和整理各種統計報表，並提供行政支援
6. 在記錄管理和處置等方面提供支援等
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
2. Chinese: HKDSE/ HKAL Lv4/ D (CRE Lv 1 acceptable)
3. English: HKDSE/ HKAL Lv5/ C (CRE Lv 2acceptable)
4. Three year's full-time working experience in the field of human resources or administration
5. Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for preparing recruitment related documents, collecting and vetting of application forms, and compiling applicant's information into database
2. To be responsible for the arrangement of interviews, liaison with related parties and preparation for recruitment boards
3. To liaise with user offices and successful candidates for deployment and engagement issues
4. To coordinate with relevant offices to organise job attachments and prepare evaluation reports of the programme
5. To assist in preparing and collating various statistical returns and providing administrative support
6. To provide support in record management and disposal etc.
