Responsibilities:
- Handles customer' enquiries and complaints via phone calls
- Provides professional pre-sales and post-sales services to customer
- Perform outbound and inbound calls to acquire new business
-Actively develop and maintain good relationships with clients
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above with minimum 1 years’ experience in sales or customer services
- Strong in problem solving skill
- Well organised and good at process oriented
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
