Responsibilities:
- Manage calls from Customer Service hotline, Email, Live Chat and provide quality service to customers
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
- Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
Requirements:
- HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above, fresh graduates are also welcome
- 1 years customer service experience is an advantage
- Good command of spoken & written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Able to work on shifts
- Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Excel
- Immediately available is much preferred
