Responsibilities:
- Manage calls from Customer Service hotline and provide quality service to customers
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- minimum 1 years’ experience in sales or customer services.
- Excellent telephone manner and handling skill
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Able to work in a dynamic environment
- Customer centric and result oriented
