Job Description:
· Answering inbound call from customer related to the flight ticket booking, redeem awards and membership information, etc.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Good communications needed with different partners
· No sales is required
· Training will be provided
Requirements:
· Diploma or above, Fresh Graduates will also be considered
· 1 year customer services experience preferable
· Experience in airlines / travel agencies / hotel / call center will be advantage
· Good command of spoken Chinese and English
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
5 days work week
