Responsibilities:
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Processing orders according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Paperwork preparation including quotations, invoices, contracts, reports, etc.
• Data inputting including order details, creation of product master, customer list management, etc.
• Preparation of product materials and leaflets by using PowerPoint.
• Customer support (notify customers of delivery status and respond to inquiries from customers).
• Delivery arrangement.
• Customs clearance (on-site handling of airport customs clearance).
• Inventory management support (support for the preparation of products in the morning time).
• Stock count (support for the stock count twice a month).
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- F.5 or above, working experience is advantage, Fresh graduates are welcomed;
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and good communication skills;
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel V lookup, Chinese Word processing & PowerPoint;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Japanese Speaking is a MUST (JLPT Level 2 or above)
