Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts receivables and payables;
- Handle accounts payable & journal entries
- Perform general accounting duties such as data record, purchase invoices/statements handling
- Assist to process year end closing procedure
- Check procurement documents
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Cheque preparation and general clerical works
- AD hoc duties as required
Requirements :
- LCCI / Diploma / degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
- At least 2-3 years relevant audit experience;
- Proficient in using accounting system software (MYOB) and MS Office;
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English required;
- Able to work for at least 3 full days (from 9am to 6pm) per week
