Job Description :
• Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s products to customers.
• Implement a strategic business plan that keeps our existing customers and expands our customer base by developing new business actively.
• Through visiting customers, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.
• Provide after-sales service and handle complaints.
• Provide essential support to the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Handle daily sales activities to achieve the company’s objectives.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and report market-related issues.
• Implement and modify marketing strategies to respond to market environment changes and business activities of competitors.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Receive orders, input data, and confirm order details.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement :
• Tertiary education or equivalent
• 2 years or above experience in sales, with Japanese Product knowledge is an advantage
• Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Japanese (JLPT Level 4 or above)
• Thorough training on our products and on job duties will be provided
• Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they meet the above criteria
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Manager
