Responsibilities:
-負責採購及與供應商就價格、品質、交貨時間、裝運和付款條件進行談判。
Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for pricing, quality, lead time, shipment and payments terms;
-負責下訂單、庫存控制、處理RMA、庫存分配以及協調國際和中國公司的
所有運輸,包括陸運、海運和空運貨運助理。Responsible for order placing,inventory control, RMA handling, stock allocation and coordinating all transportation for international & PRC companies, including land, ocean and air freight forwarding;
-與供應商跟進交貨安排和進度,確保交貨時間符合我們的專案進度。
Following up on the delivery arrangement and schedule with suppliers ensures the lead time is met in our project schedule;
-負責與客戶的批發訂單跟進。
Responsible for wholesale order follow up with clients;
-制定並實施策略,以確保與供應商訂立競爭性價格、優惠條款和高效交付安排。
Develop and implement strategies to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and efficient delivery arrangements with suppliers.
-制定並執行原料和包裝材料的採購策略,加強採購風險管理。Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging materials to enhance
procurement risk management.
-與內部各方合作,及時開發與推出新產品。
Collaborate with various internal parties to facilitate the timely development and launch of new products.
-與內部各方密切合作,監控庫存變動並維持最佳庫存水準。
Work closely with internal parties to monitor inventory movement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
-控制和管理年度採購預算,確保成本效率和資源的有效配置。Control and manage the annual purchasing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
-定期評估供應商績效,確保遵守食品安全標準,維持產品質量,並確保材料的穩定供應。
Regularly assess supplier performance, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a stable supply of materials.
-與本地和海外供應商建立並維持積極的關係,定期審查現有合約的持續可行性。
Foster and maintain positive relationships with local and overseas suppliers,regularly reviewing existing contracts for ongoing feasibility.
-準備並提交全面性的採購報告和相關文件。
Prepare and present comprehensive procurement reports and related documents.
-工作靈活,有效分配執行的臨時職責各和本身工作。
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
-持有商業文憑或以上學位(商業管理、採購管理、行銷優先)。Diploma holder or above in business streams (Business Management, Purchasing Management ,Marketing would be an advantage)
- 至少2年快速FMGG管理、產品開發、銷售及推銷相關經驗或零售相關經驗(有烘焙/廚藝用品經驗者優先)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in FMCG
brand management, product development, sales and merchandising or relevant experience in retail ( experience in bakery/kitchenware field would be an advantage)

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
-即時上班較佳。
