Responsibilities:
· 一般助理工作 / Provide business support to the top management daily
· 協助處理日常企業營運/ Responsible for marketing issues and corporate admin. Duties
· 計劃及安排商務行程 /Maintain calendar and marketing tasks schedules of the top management
· 安排會議, 處理及跟進電郵 /Monitoring and responding to post and/or emails, prioritizing correspondence, and using initiative to route emails to the appropriate individuals for action
· Assist executive to manage internal cross-departmental and cross-locational project coordination, including project meeting documents, preparation, monitor project check-points
· Prepare and draft business correspondences, reports and presentation materials
· Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
· Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to executive
· Organize and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses
· Responsible for travel coordination including arranging flights, hotel accommodation, meeting arrangement, and reimbursement
· Handle administrative matters for Sales Support team and Marketing team, including but not limited to employee onboarding and off-boarding, payment issues, internal accounts applications, equipment arrangement, stationery ordering
· Flexibility to handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
. 文憑以上 High Dip or above
. 一年以上經驗 Min 1 year of experience in Admin field
. 良好溝通技巧 Good communication skills, detail minded with high accuracy of work
. 良好 中文,英文,普通話 Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese , English , and Mandarin
