Responsibilities
Market Research and Analysis:
-Identifying target markets, understanding customer needs, and analyzing competitors.
-Evaluating market trends and recognizing opportunities for growth.
Sales and Relationship Management:
-Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Strategy Development:
-Collaborating with management to create and execute a business development strategy. (FMCG Retail/CATERING/Property /IT Sectors )
-Aligning business development goals with the overall company strategy.
- Taking the lead for new project development, setting up different businesses from zero to 100% ready for operating
Product Development Collaboration:
- Working with product and marketing teams to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product lines that align with market demands.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
-Negotiating terms of agreements, contracts, and partnerships.
- Closing deals with clients and partners to meet revenue goals.
Marketing and Promotional Activities:
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create promotional materials, campaigns, or events to support business growth.
Performance Monitoring:
- Tracking and analyzing performance metrics to measure success and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Associate or Degree holder major in business related field is a must
- Hold a managerial position in the area of property management/ Leasing.
- Able to cope with fast changing business requirements
- Excellent communication, logical & reasoning skills and detail-oriented characters, analytical and negotiation skills
- Independent, self-motivation, details-oriented and well-organized
- Fluency in English & Cantonese a must; fluency in Mandarin preferred
- Energetic, social, and outgoing
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously
- Able to negotiate with decision-makers
- Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills
- Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks
