Responsibilities:
-Perform and maintain smooth daily operation of service counter
-Promote value added services and sales promotional programs to customers
-Handle visitors enquiries in professional manner
Requirements:
-Diploma holder or above
-Minimum 1 years working experience, experience in customer service/ retail field is an advantage
-Effective communication and problem solving skills
-Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-Familiar with PC skills and Chinese word processing
