Our IT Department is expanding to spearhead AI-driven initiatives and operational improvements that accelerate our digital healthcare transformation. We are seeking a motivated Analyst Programmer to build, optimize, and support the next generation of our laboratory, administrative, and patient-facing clinical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project architecture, design, development, implementation and ongoing support;
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operation teams to collect, analyze users' requirements and specifications, and map business workflows into technical designs;
- Prepare and conduct user acceptance testing;
- Troubleshoot, identify and resolve technical problems;
- Suggest new features to improve program navigation and operation;
- Perform Ad-hoc assignment required by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
- Minimum 1–5 years of software development experience;
- Hands-on experience with languages like Java/JavaScript, Python, C#, or .NET frameworks, alongside SQL/NoSQL databases;
- Experience in using AI tools for software development is an advantage;
- Prior experience handling Salesforce CRM, Clinic Management Systems (CMS), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), HL7, or Electronic Health Record (eHRSS) integration is a distinct advantage;
- Strong analytical capabilities with outstanding communication skills;
- Good command in Chinese and English
