Our learning center is currently seeking a passionate IELTS Tutor to join our dedicated teaching team. As an IELTS Tutor, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
Scope of Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive instruction in all sections of the IELTS exam: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing
Design effective preparation courses to target and enhance students' performance in each skill area
Develop personalized study plans based on individual student levels and needs - Utilize a variety of teaching methods, such as mock exams and technique demonstrations, to improve students' exam readiness
Conduct in-depth analysis of past exam papers to stay updated on testing trends and scoring criteria, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly
Offer timely feedback and guidance to help students fully understand their strengths and areas for improvement
Maintain positive student interactions and provide caring support throughout the learning journey
Required Qualifications:
Possess a relevant degree in linguistics, English language teaching, or IELTS examination background
Extensive experience in IELTS teaching, with a deep understanding of the exam content and scoring standard
