Duties:
- Coordination of design and site work with Consultants and Trade Contractors;
- Prepare material & shop drawing submissions, method statements and progress reports;
- Monitor design, manufacture, installation and T&C;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Construction / Building Industry;
- 4+ years of solid, hands-on experience in fit-out, A&A, or building construction projects in Hong Kong (Candidates with less experience or lower qualifications will be considered for Assistant Project Coordinator).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle on-site problem-solving under pressure.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
