Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences (Fresh Graduate Program)

Job Description

Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Actively hunt for top healthcare professionals unsing LinkedIn, internal databaes, cold-calling and networking events.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct interview to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit and career motivations.
Client Management: Build & maintain string relationships with HR partners and Line Managers within the healthcare sector.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring pipeline - from scheduling interviews to negotiating salary packages and closing deals.

Bachelor's degree holder in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business or Psychology is a strong plus.
Near-native fluency in English and Cantonese is highly preferred to engage with clients.
Prior experience in student societies/ event organizations/ client-facing roles.
A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
