Responsibilities:
Client Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including online databases, social media sites, and in-house databases to identify potential candidates
Contract Negotiation: Perform full lifecycle of executive search process comprising sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
Post-hire Follow up: Ensure both client and candidate satisfaction
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience: Prior experience in student societies / event organizations / client-facing roles
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (able to do business call)
Attitude: Willing to learn and not afraid of taking initiatives in becoming a better person
