Job Descriptions:
Understand the hiring needs of major accounts and conduct recruitment proposals
Perform talent mapping through telephone calls and diverse channels in a timely manner
Develop a trusted relationship with candidates to develop sustainable cooperation
Conduct phone screening and in-person interviews to match the requirements of clients
Prepare job advertisements, candidates profiles and assessment reports
Achieve sales objective from confirming single permanent placement to talent acquisition projects
Requirements:
Degree holder in any discipline
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Have a strong sense of accountability and an outstanding service mentality
Enjoy talking to people, cheerful, well organized and detail minded
