Our client is now looking for high calibre candidates to fill the following positions:
- 1 year Customer Service or related experience
- Communicate with clients by email and telephone with good customer service skills in order to fulfill their requirements
- Act as a contact point between clients and internal parties to meet deadlines
- Willing to take shift (roster will be arranged in advance once a month) - with attractive shift allowance
- Willing to work overtime & during weekend with attractive allowance
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: Negotiable depends on skills/experience + Shift & OT allowance
- Working hours: 3 shifts (7:30 am – 3:30 pm/ 3:30 pm – 11:30 pm/ 11:30 pm – 7:30 am). Roaster to be arranged in advance once a month
