Our Client (Investment Bank) is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- At least 2 years of receptionist experience, preferably in bank or financial company
- Greet clients, guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate meeting logistics and manage meeting rooms
- Receive, sort, distribute and dispatch daily mail / business documents and manage the courier services
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Good working attitude
- Immediately available is highly preferable
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$25K (Depends on skills and experience) with gratuity
- Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui / Jordan
