Our Client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:
- Bachelor or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15 years’ human resources experience, with 5 years or above supervisory/ management experience
- Good experience in working with blue-collar worker is a MUST
- Experience in Hong Kong listed company is a MUST
- Experience in ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 is an advantage
- Experience in organizational change, able to enhance company system for better efficiency
- Leading a small HR team (1-2 colleagues)
- Provide full spectrum of HR functions
- Understand company’s needs and targets, drive organizational effectiveness
- Strong in recruitment, provide good remuneration and attract top talent candidates for company consideration
- Familiar with HK employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- A good team player, energetic, pro-active and smart
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$40K-50K/month (depends on skills/ experience)
