Job details:
- Windows Migration
- Data Migration
- Troubleshoot any migration-related issues.
- Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site
- Prepare and complete a user acceptance form for each machine.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjects
- At least 2 year or above relevant working experiences in IT technical support
- Good knowledge of Win11, MS Office Outlook and network troubleshooting
- Polite and responsible
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- On-the-job training will be provided
