Job details:
- Workstation replacement and upgrade
- Data Migration
- Support end user including software, hardware, LAN and network equipment at customer site
- Install and implement system upgrade
- Troubleshoot customer issues in general maintenance on computer hardware and software
- Perform duties in different locations as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT engineering or related subjects
- At least 1 year or above relevant working experiences in IT technical support
- Good knowledge of Windows11 OS, MS Office, Outlook
- Polite and responsible
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- On-the-job training will be provided
