Job details:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Working with Service Desk System
- Create/Update/ Follow ups of Cases on Daily basis
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue have been resolved
- Keep Tickets / Cases up to date on daily basis/ Provide Reports
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
- At least 1 years relevant working experience with helpdesk (Ticket Systems) will be highly preferred
- Areas of expertise required:
- Desktop/Laptop Hardware and Configurations
- Windows 10, 11 and Iphone/Ipad IOS
- Microsoft office Apps, MS Outlook Experience Troubleshooter
- Knowledge on Microsoft 365 Technologies and Solutions
- Network protocols is a must / Practical knowledge of TCP/IP/DHCP/DNS/ CCNA an advantage
- Client/server, MS Windows Domain Environment
- Microsoft Exchange Email Client/Server Communications knowledge is a must
- Troubleshooting skills for Desktop/WIFI/printers/office applications
- Self-motivated, good customer services and capable to work under pressure
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
