Job Description:
• Provide onsite and remote support for end-user computing issues, including Windows, macOS, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests (SRs) in a timely manner using Freshservice, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.
• Maintain familiarity with the office layout, including workstations, meeting rooms, and IT equipment locations.
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and update IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and network equipment, in the asset management system.
• Possess working knowledge of network devices and infrastructure and perform basic troubleshooting where required.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Windows OS, Microsoft 365).
• Experience with endpoint/device management tools such as Microsoft Autopilot & Jamf.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably Freshservice or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Demonstrates a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change.
• Quick learner with strong customer service orientation.
