Key Responsibilities
Accounting
• Oversee full set accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and present financial reports including general ledger, profit & loss, and balance sheet statements
• Generate timely monthly sales reports, cash flow forecasts, and insightful analysis
• Utilize ERP/accounting systems to enhance financial reporting, asset management, and inventory control
• Collaborate closely with regional accounting teams to streamline and standardize processes
Administration
• Support the Manager in supervising all general administrative functions and daily office operations independently
• Coordinate with service providers to manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
• Organize internal company events and activities
• Manage daily attendance reporting
Requirements
• Diploma or higher qualification with LCCI Higher Level certification
• At least 8 years of solid accounting and administration experience, preferably with exposure to the Asian market
• Proactive, responsive, and able to work independently under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and confident communication ability
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
