Responsibilities
• Full sets & reporting: Manage full sets of accounts, month end closing, bank reconciliation, and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Compliance: Ensure smooth compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and tax filings.
• Intercompany transactions: Oversee reconciliations and recharges across regional entities.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with regional offices, auditors, and local teams to align financial practices.
• Projects & innovation: Contribute to ERP upgrades, system enhancements, and automation initiatives that drive efficiency.
Requirements
• Experience: 2–5 years of accounting experience, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Technical skills: Strong MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP knowledge (SAGE preferred).
• Communication: Solid command of English for effective regional collaboration.
• Core strengths: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, independence, and ability to thrive under tight month end deadlines.
• Availability: Immediate availability is an advantage.
