Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing timely and professional support for their inquiries.
- Execute a wide range of banking and investment transactions, including structured products, equities, fixed income, FX, OTC derivatives, mutual funds, alternative investments, deposits, and loans.
- Serve as the escalation point for clients, liaising with local and international banks, investment firms, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Support Client Relationship Officers (CROs) with meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, and expense reimbursements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 3–5 years of client service experience in private banking.
- Strong communication skills with a client‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
