Job Responsibilities
Our Recruitment Intern will be supporting Senior Consultant with the following:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards and other platform to identify qualified passive candidates.
- Engagement: Draft and send personalized messages / Call to spark candidate interest.
- Screening: Conduct short initial interviews to assess candidate fit / motivation / availability.
- Maintaining Record: Keep accurate hiring records in database.
