Researcher / Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop new client business as well as selling our recruitment services and negotiation the terms of business.
• Collaborate with candidates and clients to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
• Management the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and stay informed about the industry trends and labor market conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (Graduates of 2023, 2025, 2025 or 2026).
• Prior experience in campus club/ student societies/ event organizations/ client-facing roles.
• Excellent command of either Cantonese or English (able to do business call).
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
