Recruitment Consultant [Entry Level]

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and secure new client relationships, negotiate terms and service agreements.
• Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, referrals and networking to attract active and passive candidates.
• Candidate Management: Conduct in-depth interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks.
• Client Partnership: Brief clients on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• End-to-End Placement: Manage job offers, contract negotiations, and post-placement follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Prior experience in student societies / event organizations / part-time client facing roles.
• 0-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales or account management (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Outgoing, high emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
