Job Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new insurance business opportunities through proactive outreach and strong relationship-building with both corporate and individual clients (B2B and B2C).
• Provide professional advice and customized insurance solutions to address clients’ financial planning and protection needs.
• Deliver exceptional after-sales service to strengthen long-term client relationships and encourage referrals.
• Ensure all sales and advisory activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bancassurance or insurance business at a supervisory level within banks, financial institutions, or insurance firms.
• Passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Papers 1, 3, and 5, or equivalent.
• Solid sales record with strong product knowledge especially in GI & life insurance with business development sense.
• Strong sales, motivated & targe oriented and team player with positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
