Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field.
3 years’ experience in HR generalist a must, also with administrative or PA/EA to C-level executives preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive, detail-minded, and able to work independently or in a team.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Job Responsibilities:
HR & Administrative Support
Manage office operations, relocation, renovation, and procurement.
Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CMO and senior management, and manage daily schedules.
Organize meetings, travel, and company events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Handle other duties as required.
