Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in administration or HR management; PA/EA to C-level executives preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-minded, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Job Responsibilities:
HR & Administrative Support
• Manage office operations, relocation, renovation, and procurement.
• Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and attendance.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CMO and senior management, and manage daily schedules.
• Organize meetings, travel, and company events.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Handle other duties as required.
