Responsibilities:
• Support the planning and execution of multi channel marketing campaigns, including digital, OOH, and POSM initiatives, ensuring timely and high quality delivery.
• Perform competitive analysis and consumer research to uncover trends, customer needs, and market opportunities that inform brand strategy.
• Monitor key brand metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Contribute to the rolling forecast process by analyzing sales data and market dynamics to provide accurate and updated product demand forecasts.
• Partner closely with sales, product development, and advertising teams to maintain brand consistency and drive shared business objectives.
• Develop clear and compelling presentations and reports to communicate brand initiatives, performance results, and strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in brand management or marketing or trade marketing in the FMCG (Skincare) sector is preferable. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-minded and good with numbers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
