Job Description
- Provide quality customer services and sales support in Centre and via phone, email and live chat in website and various social media platforms.
- Maintain customer database and help prepare and analyze various CRM & CS reports.
- Assist in Centre daily operation including appointment booking, handling inquiries and complaints etc.
- Perform general administrative support for the Centre including customer data entry, filing, daily summary reports etc.
- Support company activities and promotion.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years customer service experience in healthcare / hospitality / customer service-related field is preferred
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Mature and responsible, good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with immediate availability will be considered in priority
- Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Customer Service & CRM Officer
