Customer Service and CRM Assistant / Officer

Job Description

  • Provide quality customer services and sales support in Centre and via phone, email and live chat in website and various social media platforms.
  • Maintain customer database and help prepare and analyze various CRM & CS reports.
  • Assist in Centre daily operation including appointment booking, handling inquiries and complaints etc.
  • Perform general administrative support for the Centre including customer data entry, filing, daily summary reports etc.
  • Support company activities and promotion.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years customer service experience in healthcare / hospitality / customer service-related field is preferred
  • The ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature and responsible, good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with immediate availability will be considered in priority
  • Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Customer Service & CRM Officer
