Job Description
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Handle all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails, greet guests / visitors
Assist in ad-hoc project and assignment as required
Requirements
Form 5 or above with 1 year working experiences, fresh graduates will also be considered
Computer literacy, proficient in data entry and clerical works using MS office especially in Excel
Good Command of Chinese and conversational English
Good telephone manner with pleasant, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-minded with attention to accuracy
Immediate available is preferred
