Requirements:
• HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines
• Candidates passed IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience at customer services / insurance industry
• Shift duty is required
