工作職責:
- 按公司指引及監管要求提供合規、優質的客戶服務
- 處理一般查詢,提供相關資訊以協助客戶- 控制中心的人流,確保客戶在等候區的秩序
- 其他由上級指派的相關工作
任職要求:
- 具良好的溝通能力,能夠與客戶建立良好的關係
- 有MPF相關知識及至少一年客戶服務經驗
- 能夠在繁忙的環境中保持冷靜,並有效地處理查詢
- 具備基本的電腦操作能力
時薪: $100
工作時間: 主要返星期一至五 09:00-18:00 ; 每星期1-2天工作
工作地點:尖沙咀 / 灣仔 / 荃灣
