Job Opportunity: Operation Manager (Investment Company)

Leading Investment Firm – Corporate Office

Salary:

- Basic Salary: HKD 30,000 – 45,000 per month × 12 months (depending on experience and qualifications)

- Additional: Performance-based bonus (subject to individual and company performance)

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) – Corporate Office

Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage daily operational workflows, ensuring smooth execution of internal processes and procedures

- Develop, review, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational workflows across departments

- Review and scrutinise legal documents, contracts, agreements, and compliance-related materials to ensure full adherence to regulatory and internal requirements

- Handle a high volume of administrative tasks and serve as the key coordination point between different departments and teams

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support business needs

- Monitor operational risks, maintain accurate records, and contribute to compliance reporting and audits

- Support senior management in operational planning, process optimisation, and ad-hoc business projects


Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Operations Management, or a related discipline

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, business support, compliance, or middle/back-office roles within the financial services, investment, asset management, or related sectors

- Strong familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational workflows, and process documentation

- Proven ability to read, understand, and review legal documents (contracts, agreements, regulatory filings, etc.) with a keen eye for compliance and risk

- Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)

- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality

基本要求:

- 大學學士學位或以上(工商管理、金融、法律、營運管理或相關學科優先)

- 至少5年以上營運、業務支援、合規或中後台相關經驗(金融服務、投資、資產管理或相關行業優先)

- 對標準操作程序(SOP)、營運工作流程及程序文件有深入認識及實務經驗

- 具備閱讀、理解及審核法律文件(合約、協議、監管文件等)的能力,並能識別合規及風險重點

- 優秀的組織能力、極高細心程度,並能在快節奏環境中處理多項任務

- 強大的溝通及人際技巧,能有效進行跨部門協調

- 良好中英文書寫及口語能力(廣東話及普通話優先)

- 主動負責、能獨立工作,同時保持高準確度及保密性
