Centre Manager (Learning / Tutorial Centre)

Job Opportunity: Centre Manager (Learning / Tutorial Centre)

Leading Education Service Provider.


Salary:

- Basic Salary: HKD 25,000 per month

- Additional: Performance-based incentive / bonus

Working Days: 5 days per week (no regular weekend work)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily centre operations including scheduling, staff coordination, classroom setup, and facility maintenance

- Handle centre administration, record keeping, fee collection, and compliance with internal policies

- Serve as the main point of contact for parents and students – address enquiries, manage feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain strong relationships

- Oversee student attendance, class progress tracking, and centre performance reporting

- Assist in editing, updating, and preparing teaching materials and classroom resources

- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the centre and deliver high-quality service standards


Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above (English Language, Linguistics, Education, or related language majors highly preferred)

- Prior experience in a learning centre, tutorial centre, education centre, or similar environment is strongly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to interact professionally and patiently with parents and students

- Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and capability to multitask in a fast-paced centre setting

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in traditional Chinese writing is an advantage

- Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset

- 良好中英文書寫及口語能力(廣東話);熟悉繁體中文書寫者優先
