Job Opportunity: Professional Investment Officer
Leading Property / Investment Group (Backed by Major Corporation)
Salary:
- Basic Salary: Up to HKD 35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications) × 12 months
- Additional: Performance-based bonus / incentive (subject to individual and team performance)
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui (TST)
Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on real estate investment opportunities across Hong Kong, US, and international markets
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, prepare detailed investment reports, and develop high-quality presentation materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry professionals
- Support deal sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution processes for real estate and related investments
- Monitor market trends in real estate, private equity, and asset management to identify viable opportunities
- Assist in portfolio management and contribute to strategic investment decisions
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Proven relevant investment experience in real estate, private equity, asset management, or similar fields (mandatory; candidates without matching industry background will not be considered)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, report writing, and presentation preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Hong Kong and/or US real estate markets is highly advantageous
