Job Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in marketing, public relations, communication, or equivalent
- Level 3 or above result in Chinese and English Language in the HKDSE or HKCE, or equivalent
- At least 2 years' full-time post qualification working experience in event management/ marketing services/ brand engineering/ publicity/ public relations/ advertising/ cultural/ arts management
- Experience in website production and management, photo-taking, video-shooting, photo touchup and editing is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Analytics as well as Chinese word processing (Knowledge in Photoshop and Canva is an advantage)
- Good command in both Chinese and English

Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing special programmes and special talks for the museum festival as well as event management of the programmes
- Planning the layout and content of the website for the museum festival and supervising the contractors on both the design and technical sides in producing and managing the website
- Devising and carrying out a social media marketing campaign to publicize the museum festival and promote various festival programmes
- Assisting in publicity campaign for promoting different mega programmes, events and exhibitions organized by different cultural sections
- Any duties assigned by supervisor in relation to the promotion of museum activities
