Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent, preferably with a major in arts or cultural-related discipline
- Have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English (Level 5/Grade C or above in Chinese and English Language in HKDSE/HKCE or level 2 in Use of English and Use of Chinese in CRE)
- At least 4 years full-time post-qualification working experience, preferably in the field of capital works project planning or cultural venue management or cultural project management or performing arts administration in cultural organization (Relevant working experience in cultural services of LCSD is an advantage)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word-processing
- Knowledge in understanding of floor plan, building plans and electrical plans is preferred

Job Duties:
- To provide preliminary observations and compile users comments and inputs on shop drawings and building materials of project submitted by the contractors and to liaise with architect's, engineers and various building agents to ensure users requirement are met. To provide logistic support to various meetings of the aforesaid project
- To assist in planning of new performance venues on setting out site requirements and consolidating users' comments in response to respective consultancy studies etc. and in enhancing the documentation of the accumulated knowledge and experience for knowledge management in planning of performance venues
- To assist in preparing Project Definition Statement (PDS) together with the planned Schedule of Accommodation (SoA) for new capital works projects
- To assist in the research in local and oversee performance venues on both hardware and software on par with international standard as reference for planning of performance venues such as digital infrastructure, energy efficiency equipment, enhanced operation models, district and community needs for an inclusive performance venue
- To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
