Receptionist (5 Days' Work ; Hong Kong Island)

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years working experience in service industries;
  • Experience in Airline/ Hotel/ Customer services/ Reception is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office application (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties and administrative support
  • Manage the local and international mails, courier parcels, and meeting rooms arrangement
  • Assist in team projects like company event and ad hoc duties
